Summary

This study aims to learn how the body's immune system responds to the oral typhoid vaccine. Healthy adults aged 18 and older will receive the FDA-approved Vivotif vaccine and provide blood, saliva, and stool samples over up to eight years. The goal is to better understand immune protection that may also apply to other gut infections.
