Summary
This study aims to find the best blood filtering method to help children with severe sepsis. Sepsis is a life-threatening overreaction to infection where the body's own inflammatory chemicals damage organs. Researchers will compare three different blood purification techniques in 120 children to see which one best reduces these harmful chemicals and improves survival.
