Summary
This study compares different blood purification techniques to see which best reduces harmful inflammation in children with sepsis. About 120 children aged 29 days to 18 years with sepsis-related organ failure will be enrolled. The goal is to find a better way to lower inflammatory substances in the blood and improve survival.
