Summary
This study tested a smartphone-based system designed to help older adults with high blood pressure remember to take their medication. Researchers enrolled 200 adults over 65 who were having trouble sticking to their medication schedule. For six months, one group used a basic system with information, while another used an enhanced system with extra tips and strategies for managing their health.
