Summary
This study tests whether adding spironolactone to standard blood pressure treatment helps stroke survivors lower their blood pressure more effectively. About 160 adults who had a stroke will use a home blood pressure cuff to track results over 3 months. The goal is to find a better way to manage blood pressure and reduce the risk of future strokes.
