Summary
This study tests a personalized plan to control high blood pressure after a severe type of stroke caused by bleeding in the brain. Researchers will use a special score to identify patients who might benefit most from starting three blood pressure medications together right away. The goal is to quickly lower blood pressure to help prevent another stroke, heart attack, or death.
