Summary

This study is testing whether a blood test can help screen for Alzheimer's disease in older adults living in the community. Researchers will enroll 3,000 people aged 60-80 and measure specific blood markers. Those with abnormal results will receive further cognitive testing to see if the blood test accurately identifies early signs of Alzheimer's.
