Summary
This study tested a new method of permanent birth control called FemBloc, which is done in a doctor's office without surgery. It compared FemBloc to standard laparoscopic sterilization in 240 women aged 21-45 who wanted to stop having children. The goal was to see if FemBloc is as safe and effective as the surgical option.
