Summary
This study looked at how well families followed two different methods for introducing solid foods to babies aged 6-12 months. One method, called BLISS, lets babies feed themselves. The other, Parent-Led Weaning, uses spoon-feeding. The study found that more families stuck with the baby-led approach (78.5%) compared to the parent-led one (52.3%).
