NCT ID NCT05833867
First seen Mar 29, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests whether combining the drug sacituzumab govitecan with advanced radiation therapy is safe and tolerable for people with muscle-invasive bladder cancer that hasn't spread. The goal is to treat the cancer while preserving the bladder, avoiding the need for bladder removal. About 20 participants will receive the drug intravenously once weekly for three 21-day cycles, with radiation given during cycles 2 and 3. The study will monitor for side effects and track how long patients remain cancer-free with their bladder intact.
