Summary

This study tests a daily adaptive radiation therapy for muscle-invasive bladder cancer. The goal is to see if this personalized approach reduces diarrhea and other bowel side effects compared to standard radiation. About 110 adults with bladder cancer will participate, and the treatment is tailored each day to target the tumor while sparing healthy tissue.
