Doctors' dilemma: which treatment first for spreading bladder cancer?

Summary
This study aims to understand how doctors decide between different first treatments for patients with advanced bladder cancer that has spread. Researchers will observe 50 patients who started treatment since October 2024, collecting information about their health characteristics and the reasons behind their treatment choices. The goal is to learn patterns in real-world medical decision-making, not to test new treatments.
