Trial tests ways to get patients home faster after major cancer surgery

Summary
This study aims to find the best way to help patients recover after surgery to remove the bladder for cancer. It is testing two common practices: using a small tube (stent) to drain urine and giving a drug (alvimopan) to help the bowels work again. Researchers want to see if these methods help patients leave the hospital sooner and reduce infections.
