New program aims to lift spirits and improve intimacy for women fighting bladder cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether providing extra educational support can help women with bladder cancer feel less demoralized and improve their sexual function. Researchers will enroll 80 women and randomly assign them to receive either standard care or standard care plus a special education series and support group. The main goal is to see if the extra support leads to better mood and quality of life over a year.
