First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study gave 20 people with muscle-invasive bladder cancer either pembrolizumab alone or with entinostat before their scheduled surgery. The goal was to measure changes in immune-related genes in the tumor, not to cure the disease. Participants were people who couldn't or wouldn't take standard chemotherapy.
