Lab-Grown tumors could pick best chemo for bladder cancer

Summary
This study tests whether growing a patient's bladder cancer cells in the lab (called organoids) can help doctors choose the most effective chemotherapy after surgery. About 266 adults with muscle-invasive bladder cancer will have their tumor cells tested against different drugs. The goal is to see if this personalized approach improves survival and reduces unnecessary side effects.
