New attack plan for tough bladder cancer: hit it with drugs, then zap or cut it out

NCT ID NCT07048457

Summary

This study is for people with advanced bladder cancer that has spread to a few other spots in the body. It tests if adding surgery or radiation to remove the main tumor and its spread, after initial drug therapy has controlled the cancer, can help keep the cancer from growing back longer. The main goal is to see how many patients are still free of cancer growth one year after this combined treatment approach.
