Summary
This study is testing whether immunotherapy drugs given before bladder cancer surgery are safe and can shrink tumors to make surgery more successful. The trial includes 52 patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer who cannot receive standard chemotherapy. Researchers are comparing two approaches: one drug alone versus two drugs combined, both given before the planned surgical removal of the bladder.
