Summary

This study is testing if a targeted drug called sacituzumab govitecan can help shrink tumors before surgery for patients with a rare and aggressive type of bladder cancer. The drug acts like a 'smart bomb,' attaching to cancer cells to deliver chemotherapy directly to them. The goal is to see if giving this drug before bladder removal surgery makes the treatment more effective for these patients.
