Berry boost: blackcurrant drink may fight altitude brain fog

Summary
This study tests whether a blackcurrant-based drink called Ārepa can help thinking and mood when oxygen is low, like at high altitude. Twenty-seven healthy men aged 18-35 will take the drink or a placebo in a simulated high-altitude room. Researchers will measure memory, attention, and mood changes.
