Summary

This study tested whether hot compresses with black seed or ginger essential oils can reduce pain and improve satisfaction in people with knee osteoarthritis. 120 adults with moderate knee pain applied the oils daily for 7 days. The goal was to see if these natural oils offer extra relief compared to a hot compress alone or standard care.
