Summary
This study aims to understand if a single dose of black rice extract can increase levels of a protein called BDNF in the blood. BDNF is important for brain health, mood, and memory. Researchers will give the extract or a placebo to 12 healthy volunteers and measure BDNF levels in their blood to see if there's a difference.
