NCT ID NCT01961869

Summary

This early-stage study is testing different types of black raspberry candy to see which version best delivers the berry's healthy compounds to the body. Healthy volunteers try candies that release the berry's ingredients at different speeds to find the most effective formula. The goal is to see if these compounds can help prevent oral cancer by changing how certain genes work.
