Summary

This Phase 3 trial compares a new drug called BL-B01D1 to the standard chemo docetaxel in 698 people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has not responded to prior immunotherapy and chemo. The goal is to see if BL-B01D1 helps people live longer. Participants receive either drug by IV every 3 weeks.
