First seen Apr 19, 2026 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study compares a new drug, BL-B01D1, to the standard chemo docetaxel in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has not responded to immunotherapy and platinum chemo. About 698 adults will take part to see if the new drug helps them live longer. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it.
