First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This Phase 3 trial compares a new drug called BL-B01D1 to the standard chemo docetaxel in 698 people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has not responded to prior immunotherapy and chemo. The goal is to see if BL-B01D1 helps people live longer. Participants receive either drug by IV every 3 weeks.

What this could lead to
If it works, this could offer a new treatment option for people with advanced lung cancer who have run out of standard therapies.
What could go wrong
This is a large Phase 3 trial, but the drug is still experimental. It may not improve survival or could have side effects like other chemotherapies.
