First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This phase 3 trial tests a new drug called BL-B01D1 against standard chemotherapy for people with advanced nasopharyngeal cancer that has not responded to at least two prior treatments. About 386 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the new drug or a standard chemo chosen by their doctor. The main goals are to see if the new drug shrinks tumors and helps people live longer.
