Summary
This study tests two experimental drugs, BL-B01D1 and SI-B003, given alone or together, in people with head and neck cancer that has come back or spread. The goal is to see if these treatments can shrink tumors or slow the disease. About 186 adults aged 18 to 75 who have tried at least one prior therapy will take part.
