First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a brain wave monitor (BIS) and two blood tests (sFIT:PIGF ratio and adrenomedullin) can help doctors grade the severity of preeclampsia, a serious pregnancy condition. About 48 pregnant women with eclampsia or suspected preeclampsia will be enrolled. The goal is to create a more accurate risk score to guide treatment and prevent complications.
