Scientists Re-Infect volunteers with bird flu to test immunity

NCT ID NCT07215871

Summary

This study aims to understand what happens when people are exposed to the same mild bird flu virus a second time. Researchers will re-expose 33 healthy adults who caught this specific flu in a previous study. The goal is to learn if they get sick again and how their immune system responds, which could help future vaccine development.
