Summary
This study tests an experimental drug, NBI-1117568, to see if it can reduce manic symptoms in adults with bipolar I disorder who are hospitalized for a manic episode. About 150 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, and doctors will measure changes in mania scores over 21 days. The goal is to find a new treatment option for acute mania.
