Summary
This study is testing a personalized program designed to help people with bipolar disorder take their prescribed mood-stabilizing medications more consistently. About 190 adults with bipolar disorder who have had trouble taking their medications will participate. The program identifies individual reasons for missing doses and provides tailored support, including text messages, to help build better habits.
