Summary

This study tests a customized program called Customized Adherence Enhancement (CAE) to help people with bipolar disorder take their medication as prescribed. About 190 participants who struggle with adherence will be randomly assigned to either the CAE program or standard care. The goal is to see if the program improves medication-taking and overall functioning in real-world public health settings.
