Summary

This study tests a new treatment called BioTTT001, a modified virus designed to attack cancer cells, in 42 adults with recurrent non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to the lining of the brain. The treatment is given through a small device placed in the head. The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose, while also seeing if it helps control the disease.
