Summary
This study tested whether a multidisciplinary biopsychosocial program (combining physical, psychological, and social support) works better than standard multimodal treatment for people with chronic low back pain. 128 adults aged 18-65 took part over 4 weeks. Researchers measured pain, disability, quality of life, and emotional well-being using questionnaires and activity monitors.
