Summary
This study is looking for early warning signs of heart failure in 500 people with type 2 diabetes who are over 50. Participants will have blood tests and heart scans to see if certain markers can predict heart problems. The goal is to find better ways to catch heart failure early, but no treatment or medication is being tested.
