First seen Mar 13, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding biofeedback to standard back exercises can reduce pain and improve balance and daily function in people with chronic low back pain. About 110 adults aged 30-65 with ongoing pain will be randomly assigned to receive either standard therapy or therapy with biofeedback. The goal is to see if the biofeedback group has better results, including lasting benefits three months after treatment ends.
