This pilot study tests whether a 3-week knee exercise program with visual and audio feedback can improve joint awareness (proprioception) and movement quality in adults aged 18–64 who had a knee injury at least a year ago. Participants complete both a supervised lab-based biofeedback program and an independent home program, separated by a rest period, to compare which approach works better.
