Breathing game aims to calm dental Students' nerves

NCT ID NCT07415915

Summary

This study is testing whether a simple breathing exercise with biofeedback can help reduce stress and anxiety in dental students. The students are transitioning from classroom learning to treating real patients, which can be a high-pressure time. Researchers will compare a group using a special device that guides slow breathing to a group receiving no training to see if the breathing exercises make a difference.
