Summary

This study tested a connected biofeedback device called EMY to help women manage stress urinary incontinence after childbirth. Fifty-five women who had given birth at least six months earlier used the device to strengthen their pelvic floor muscles. Researchers tracked how well participants used the device and whether it improved their quality of life and bladder control symptoms.
