Summary
This study tested whether a new drug, VHX-896, works similarly in the body to the approved medication iloperidone. 26 adults with stable schizophrenia or bipolar I disorder took both drugs to compare their effects and safety. The goal was to see if VHX-896 could be a future treatment option for these conditions.
