First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study is a registry that will enroll 816 adults with coronary artery disease. It compares two types of heart scans—CCTA and OCT—to see which one better identifies dangerous plaque and helps doctors plan treatment. The goal is to improve diagnosis and long-term outcomes, not to test a new drug or device.
