Summary
This trial tests whether a bioactive resin containing S-PRG filler, used as attachment material for clear orthodontic aligners, can prevent white spot lesions (early decay) on tooth enamel. Fifty healthy young adults with mild to moderate crowding will be randomly assigned to receive either the bioactive resin or a standard flowable composite for their aligner attachments. The study measures changes in lesion area and mineral loss using a quantitative light-induced fluorescence system.
