Summary
This study is testing whether a medication called lisdexamfetamine can help people who continue to struggle with binge eating and weight regain after bariatric surgery. It focuses on patients who did not respond well to initial treatments. Researchers will compare the medication against a placebo to see which is better at reducing binge eating episodes and improving weight outcomes.
