Summary
This small pilot study tested an online guided self-help program for teenagers aged 12 to 17 who struggle with binge eating and are above a healthy weight. The program used cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques over four months. The main goals were to see if teens would attend most sessions and stay in the program until the end. Researchers also checked if teens and parents found the program believable and satisfying.
