Summary
This study tested whether a combination of two medications, naltrexone and bupropion, can help reduce binge-eating episodes and promote weight loss in adults with binge-eating disorder and obesity. Participants who did not respond to initial treatments were given either the medication or a placebo. The goal was to see if the medication leads to fewer binge-eating episodes and greater weight loss over time.
