Summary

This study looked at whether the medication lisdexamfetamine (LDX) can help adults with binge-eating disorder and obesity avoid relapsing after initial treatment. 61 participants who responded to acute treatment were randomly assigned to continue LDX or switch to a placebo. The goal was to see if LDX leads to fewer binge-eating episodes over time.
