New drug combo aims to shed pounds without diabetes

Summary
This study tests whether two drugs, bimagrumab and tirzepatide, can help adults with obesity or overweight lose weight safely. About 240 participants will receive one or both drugs or a placebo for around 70 weeks. The main goal is to see how much body weight changes from the start.
