Summary
This study looked at different ways to take tissue samples from the bile duct during a procedure called ERCP. The goal was to see which method is most accurate for finding cancer. 327 adults with unclear bile duct narrowing took part. Researchers compared several biopsy techniques to measure how well each one detects malignancy.
