Brain-Zap trial tests second treatment for shaking hands
NCT ID NCT06974916
Summary
This study is for people with essential tremor who already had a focused ultrasound brain procedure on one side. It tests whether adding the same treatment to the other side of the brain works better than continuing with standard medication alone. Researchers will compare tremor reduction and quality of life between the two groups over 6-12 months.
