Summary

This study tests if 20 sessions on a special stationary bike that wobbles unexpectedly can improve real-world cycling skills in adults aged 65 and older. Participants will be tested on a cycling course before and after training to see if they make fewer mistakes. The goal is to help older cyclists stay safe on the road.
