Shaky bike trainer aims to prevent senior cycling falls
NCT ID NCT06453473
Summary
This study is testing whether a special stationary bike that provides safe, unexpected shakes can improve real-world cycling skills in adults aged 65 and older. Participants will complete 20 short training sessions and then be tested on a cycling obstacle course. The goal is to see if this controlled balance training helps prevent accidents and injuries while riding a bicycle in daily life.
